Study for the establishment of commercial cold stores for seafood in Viet Nam. The study included a comprehensive study of commercial as well as production cold stores in Vietnam with respect to technology, organisation, management and economy. Based on various scenarios for the development in fish catch as well as aquaculture production in Vietnam the future demand for cold store capacity was developed. Based on these models, 3 different sizes of cold stores were developed including layout, management systems and financial feasibility.
